Gateway Management Team consists of, as its executive, Managing Director who provides vision, motivation, planning, and undertakes research to keep track of new innovations and developments in the industry.
The company’s Business Manager negotiates service contracts, follows up Area Manager’s reports, and attends to matters of urgent concern. He draws up contingency plans, and allocates additional resources such as staff and equipment.
The Office Manager handles all aspects of day-to-day office administration.
The Area Managers have the critical responsibility of monitoring details of operational processes, examining supervisors’ progress reports, and keeping the Business Manager informed.
Gateway’s Supervisors plan work schedules for employees, prepare checklist reports, highlighting areas of particular concern, and noting special achievement of employees.
The Management Team prepares training programs, workshops and formal and informal seminars to upgrade staff in operational processes and Health and Safety (O.H& S) measures.
